This is not for ladies who only want to lose the last 5-10lbs. doubt their ability to lose weight, come up with a bunch of excuses or struggle with chronic stress, emotional eating or hormonal/medical issues that interfere with your weight loss progress. This is not a diet program to treat/cure medical issues.
Calls are every Tuesday at 6PM CST or 7PM EST so you can log in, ask questions, get additional support and connect with others.
Yes, personal trainers focus more on physical activity whereas we're focused on your eating habits.
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds but I can assure you that if you follow the program wholeheartedly, you WILL lose weight.
This is a holistic approach where we work to address the root cause of unintentional weight gain due to your eating habits. This is not a program designed to diagnose, treat or cure any medical issues.
