This program was designed specifically for self-led women who want to lose at least 30lbs, are coachable, action takers and ready to put in the work to get the results they want!
We can either work together for another 12 weeks or I can introduce you to my private membership called Weight Loss that Lasts: The Clique for ongoing support.
Yes, personal trainers focus more on physical activity whereas we're focused on your eating habits.
