This program was designed specifically for self-led women who want to lose at least 30lbs, are coachable, action takers and ready to put in the work to get the results they want!
This is not for ladies who only want to lose the last 5-10lbs. doubt their ability to lose weight, looking for treatment of a chronic illness, struggle with hormonal/medical issues or medications that interfere with your weight loss progress. This is not a diet program to treat/cure medical issues.
Calls are every Tuesday at 6PM CST or 7PM EST so you can log in, ask questions, get additional support and connect with others.
Yes, personal trainers focus more on physical activity whereas we're focused on your eating habits.
This is a holistic approach where we work to address the root cause of unintentional weight gain due to your eating habits. This is not a program designed to diagnose, treat or cure any medical issues. If your weight gain is the result of your condition or medication, this program is not for you and I recommend that you work with your primary care provider.
If you are not currently working with a mental health provider, this program is not a good fit for you.
