To make the MOST of your consultation and get the best results possible, I ask that you do the following:
1) Keep this page up just to confirm you receive an email from me (to ensure proper communication)
2) Use the button to create your account in my account portal
3) Book a time on the calendar when you know you can give your undivided attention
4) Complete the intake forms so I can better understand goals and challenges
5) Start recording your meals, mood and activity immediately inside your portal (there is a video tutorial inside the portal) - this will allow me to provide customized feedback for you
6) Show up to the call :)
