Yes, this is not an elimination diet so I will not have you remove any foods. Instead, I'll show you how to still enjoy those foods while losing weight.
Yes, we are focused strictly on your eating habits and nutrition. Weight loss is mainly about what you eat so you do not have to exercise at this time. If you are under doctor's orders, I recommend you get the consent of your physician before beginning any exercise regimen.
Yes, I will show you how to lose weight while still eating the foods you're eating.
Though it is helpful, I will also show you a plating method that will help you with portion sizes. You do not NEED a scale but it may be helpful.
