Natalie Butler is a wife, mother and the founder of Glow Up Nutrition. As a holistic nutritionist, she specializes in sustainable weight loss for busy professionals. After losing 66lbs and regaining it, Natalie spent 10 years trying multiple fads such as diets, pills, wraps and teas. The course helped you build habits. This session gives you specific nutrition and portion guidance so you can apply what you learned in a way that fits your body and your goals.


Though this consultation does not include a meal plan, I will personally review your meals, provide recommendations on portion sizes and show you how to balance your meals so that you’re eating the correct amounts to support your weight loss goals.  I can also provide recommendations of balanced meals if needed. 

Inside Healthie, you’ll book your consultation and receive full access to Healthie so you can begin logging your activity, meals and mood. I recommend that you track all activity for at least 4 days so this way, I can provide a more thorough breakdown of my recommendations. We’ll hop on our call, go over my recommendations and address any questions you have.
