Using this information, I’m going to come up with 7 days worth of full meal ideas that are balanced for satisfaction and fullness. I’ll show you how to balance those specific meals into your day so you’re full and satisfied. You’ll get recommendations on what to order when dining out at your favorite restaurants and exactly what to do in social situations. You’ll never have to guess or try to figure out what to do again.
