1) Create Your Account in Healthie
All communication and materials will be delivered via Healthie. Use the button below to create your account. When you log in, you'll receive and automated message from me with instructions on how to access the materials.
2) Watch Brief Training Video and Download Prep Guide (women who come prepared get significantly more out of our time together)
Inside Healthie, you'll be able to access materials in the "Programs" tab. Start the "7-Day Slim VIP Experience" so you're able to watch the training and download the prep guide prior to booking your VIP Call.
3) Book Your 7-Day Slim VIP Call
Once you've watched the video and downloaded the guide, you'll receive a link so you can book your VIP Call. During our call, we'll discuss your history, challenges and goals to tailor this experience to your needs. To make the most of this call and your experience, make sure you've already reviewed the materials so you can ask specific questions.
