The Slim Down System is an accelerated 6-week nutrition coaching program.
This program is for results-driven women who are ready to lose up to 15lbs in the next 6 weeks. Inside the program, you will receive tailored nutrition strategies designed to fit your life.
This program is NOT for women currently struggling with severe emotional/binge eating.
Everyone’s situation and starting point are different so results will vary. For safe and sustainable weight loss, you can set a goal to lose 1-2lbs per week; however, some ladies who have followed my method, have lost 2-3lbs per week. Again, this depends your body and also your situation.
The results will be due to not only your body and starting point but also your effort and consistency. If you do not follow the program, you may experience slower results.
However, if you follow the program consistently, you WILL lose weight and I’ll also be here to guide you in case you get stuck.
This does not come with a meal plan. Meal plans can be too restrictive and usually do not fit your lifestyle — thus, proving to be unsustainable. Instead, you’ll learn how to properly fuel your body with balanced nutrition — ensuring you’re still enjoying your favorite foods while losing weight. This sets you up to lose the weight and keep it off.
If needed. I can provide sample balanced meal suggestions; however, they are just used for inspiration and are not prescribed meal plans.
Unlike other programs out there, we’re not forcing you to give up the foods you enjoy, purchase supplements or spend countless hours in the gym.
These things are unsustainable and set you up to regain the weight.
Instead of pushing fads and trying to get you to eat as little as possible, you’ll learn how to create sustainable eating habits that fit your life so not only will you lose weight but you keep it off.
