Because we're not promoting any fad diets, you'll learn how to eat your favorite foods WHILE losing weight so you won't be miserable and you'll learn the simple way to ditch that stubborn body fat simply by listening to your body! There are no special eating times, good/bad foods, fasting periods or any of that stuff! You'll learn how to lose weight while still being a REAL human so you can still enjoy yourself while attending social gatherings like picnics, graduations, weddings, etc!
This program was designed specifically for high-achieving women who want to lose at least 30lbs, are coachable, action takers and ready to put in the work to get the results they want!
This is not for ladies who only want to lose the last 5-10lbs. doubt their ability to lose weight or struggle with chronic stress, emotional eating or hormonal/medical issues.
You'll book your 1 hour welcome call with Natalie to go over your customized weight loss plan. You'll be given access to the inside portal where you can access trainings, log food, and get feedback. Group coaching sessions are every Thursday at 6PM CST or 7PM EST so you can log in, ask questions, get additional support and connect with others.
Yes, personal trainers focus more on physical activity whereas we're focused on your eating habits.
If after our welcome call, either you or I decide that it's not a good fit to work together, I will refund you the amount you paid; however, this must be done prior to having your second coaching call.
