Exercise is great for your overall health; however, it is not an effective weight loss strategy. Weight loss happens in the kitchen. You simply cannot outrun poor eating habits. This is why we'll be focused strictly on your nutrition and eating habits. If you want to include movement, that is fine; however, that is not the core objective of this program. With that being said, there are no fitness plan included in The Clique.
