You can cancel at anytime; however, I recommend that you stay at least 4 months to help you really lay the foundation for solid eating habits that you can sustain and to help you navigate any of life's obstacles that may occur.
If you followed along my 4-day course and either felt lighter, had more energy or even saw the scale go down, you KNOW this will work for you... 

BUT  not only that, The Clique was DESIGNED to get you results --- this is a results-oriented membership, not a fluff membership that just pumps you up with no actual guidance. 

Inside The Clique, you get: 

- Lose 10lbs in 21 Days Challenge that shows you how to plate meals for weight loss and remain consistent so that you are getting results
- Weekly coaching calls so you can get feedback on what you need to ensure you're getting results 
- Personalized support in Healthie --- if you need more support, you can request that I look at your meals to help you make the proper adjustments 

You see this is just a "you can do it" membership, sis. We're focused on getting results.
Calls are every Tuesday at 6PM CST or 7PM EST so you can log in, ask questions, get additional support and connect with others.

You do not have to attend every call in order to get results. Inside the membership, you have recorded modules that give you step-by-step guidance. The calls are here to serve as additional support and also to give you an opportunity to connect with other ladies; however, they are not mandatory for your success. 
Exercise is great for your overall health; however, it is not an effective weight loss strategy. Weight loss happens in the kitchen. You simply cannot outrun poor eating habits. This is why we'll be focused strictly on your nutrition and eating habits. If you want to include movement, that is fine; however, that is not the core objective of this program. With that being said, there are no fitness plan included in The Clique.
Due to the digital nature of this product, there are no refunds but I can assure you that if you follow the program wholeheartedly, you WILL lose weight.
