Outside of our one-time VIP call (which you book at your convenience), you'll be required to watch an 8-minute video that explains my Everyday Slim Method (prep guide included), plan meals ahead of time (no more than 5 minutes per day), upload pictures of meals (5 minutes per day) and reply to daily check-ins (1-2 sentences). Realistically, you're looking at a total of 10-20 minutes per day. If you can fit in just 20 minutes per day to focus on your health and weight loss goals, this will work for you.
