Here’s how it typically works:
Some FSA/HSA plans allow nutrition coaching as an eligible expense without additional documentation
Other plans may require a Letter of Medical Necessity (LMN) from your physician, especially if coaching is being used to support a medical condition
Requirements vary by provider and plan — it’s your responsibility to confirm coverage and documentation needs
If your plan allows it, you can complete checkout directly using your FSA/HSA card through our secure payment system.
If your provider requires an LMN, you’ll want to obtain that before purchasing and submit it directly to your FSA/HSA administrator.
